We are looking for an exceptional, customer centric Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This is a chance for you to contribute to the growth of an Australian education & technology organisation. You will be completely dedicated to developing and implementing strategies in progressing existing customers’ use of Schoolbox and recurring revenue growth. A key focus of the role is to develop, build and convert a solid pipeline for short, medium and long-term sustainable growth, encompassing upsell and cross sell opportunities. Understanding the required empathetic and consultative approach with school leadership, whilst cognisant of the nuances of curriculum, pedagogy and digital landscape is central to the role. About you Ability to attain a deep understanding of each school’s digital ecosystem and pedagogical approach and identify opportunities to progress the Schoolbox platform engagement to increase the value of the product within each school. Can demonstrate your experience in developing and nurturing qualified opportunities using a strong consultative approach to position Schoolbox and its Partners as the best solution for that School. Understands how to customise and adapt Professional Services as an added income stream. Can leverage analytics tools to help identify engagement issues within assigned accounts and develop solutions to address concerns. Be able to confidently represent Schoolbox at various events such as conferences, user forums and showcases. Exposure to K-12 Education is essential for this role.
