We are looking for an exceptional, customer centric Commercial Manager to join our growing sales team. This is a chance for you to contribute to the growth of an Australian education & technology organisation. You will be focused on developing new-business recurring revenue sales. The key responsibility of this role is to increase the Schoolbox footprint and market share and growing annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Schoolbox Licenses and Partner products within Prospect accounts. Understanding the required empathetic and consultative approach with school leadership is central to the role. About you Ability to design and execute strategic opportunity development activities aligned to the Schoolbox play book, and to nurture and progress Schoolbox license opportunities. Ability to attain a deep understanding of each school’s digital ecosystem and pedagogical approach. Develop aligned Sales Account Plans outlining the approach, timing and resources required to achieve the desired sales and revenue outcomes. Ability to use a CRM system to help manage and prioritise long sale cycle opportunities. Understands how to customise and adapt Professional Services as an added income stream. Can leverage analytics tools to help identify new sales engagement opportunities. Be able to confidently represent Schoolbox at various events such as conferences, user forums and showcases.
