We are looking for an excellent Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join our Professional Services team to ensure the successful delivery of projects for our customers. About the Role Develop, improve and ensure adherence to customer implementation to ensure customer goals and timelines are met. Build and maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships, leveraging and coordinating internal resources where required. Develop processes and procedures to successfully support and effectively resource multiple implementation engagements concurrently. Continually review and develop process and documentation to deliver best practice customer engagement and support programs. About you You will have experience in designing project implementation plans based on stakeholder requirements You will enthusiastically build deep relationships with colleagues and customers, preferring a collaborative approach to project delivery Whilst technology or education experience would be desirable, it is not essential.
