Purpose of this role:

The role of Marketing Manager is a senior role at Schoolbox mostly dedicated to the development of Sales ready Leads. This role requires a true marketer with experience in leading and managing a small team of dedicated professionals, developing multi-channel strategies, management of expenditure budgets and evidence of making strong business decisions.

As a member of the Management Team, this is a key role in the positioning of Schoolbox and the generation of its demand. Your ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, whilst carefully managing your own team’s priorities will be a key to your success. As a true people leader, you will need to be a key contributor to the daily organisation, programming of priorities and production of deliverables, making daily decisions on resourcing to get it done.

Must-haves:

  • At least 5 years marketing experience within the EdTech market.
  • At least 2 years experience leading a Marketing Team.
  • Strategic, ability to make strong, contextual business decisions.
  • Evidence of developing and executing multi-channel strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively for team success, rather than individual recognition.
  • High social and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
