About the role We are looking for an exceptional, customer centric Commercial Manager to join our growing sales team. This role will be focused on growing our largely undeveloped Asian market. This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead the growth of an Australian education & technology organisation in Victoria. You will be working remotely from home and travelling frequently. The key focus of this role is to grow the Schoolbox customer group, increasing our market share, and generating revenue growth. To be successful within the education industry it is essential to build relationships with senior leadership within schools using your advisory and consultative sales methodologies. About you You will have experience in selling Software or SAAS products You will thrive in a commercial and strategic sales role and be looking to become more involved in the thrill of the New Business hunt! You will have experience in customer fact finding to obtain an in-depth knowledge of each school’s digital ecosystem. You will have outstanding attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain our CRM system to manage and prioritise long sale cycle opportunities. You will have an analytical approach, using data to identify new sales engagement opportunities. You will confidently represent Schoolbox at various events such as conferences, user forums and showcases. Previous new business sales experience in Asia would be highly regarded. Exposure to K-12 education industry would be beneficial but not essential.
