 About the Role

Reporting to Professional Services Manager, this role will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of services to support successful implementation projects. The position will act as a key contact between customer stakeholders, organisational resources, and third party providers and will develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective delivery of project goals.

Project Officer’s responsibilities include

  • Customer Onboarding
  • Managing Installation and implementation projects for new and existing customers
  • Provide subject matter expertise
  • Internal and External Project Management
  • Revenue Generation
  • Researching best practice change management processes in the education sector

About you

  • Qualifications or extensive experience in project management frameworks
  • 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a K-12 environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally
