Purpose of this role: The role of Sales Manager is a key leadership position charged with growing the footprint of the Schoolbox platform in the domestic Australian market. Your mandate will be to design and manage the execution of reactive and proactive strategies to develop new leads and opportunities, nurturing prospects and positioning Schoolbox for best success. In partnership with our Territory Managers, Business Development Executives and Education Consultants, this role requires strong collaboration with all key stakeholders in a team-of-teams approach. You will need to be agile and shift between supporting Territory Managers and taking the lead role to adopt the best winning strategy. The Sales Manager will require strong people leadership and management skills as it will have Sales professionals reporting to it. Success in this role will mean a continually growing team to lead and enable. Must haves: At least 5 years experience within the EdTech market. Solution focused, ability to manage a high volume of Leads and Prospects with long sale gestation periods, commonly 6-12 months. Sales Leadership experience, managing sales staff and leading by example. Ability to work collaborative for team success, rather than individual recognition Executive presence, with high social and emotional intelligence. Strong commercial acumen This role will grow as the company grows, with the potential to be involved in our international expansion strategies.
