About the Role

Enjoy being part of a dedicated Customer Success team that supports a product that’s making a real difference in the lives of students and educators. With headquarters in Melbourne, this newly created remote position utilises your home office whilst constantly being connected to the wider team. You will be responsible for assisting our NZ community get the most from our platform, whilst representing Schoolbox to achieve new acquisitions. This role also comes with the potential to assist our Export market growth strategy across Asia and the Middle East.

This hybrid role will focus on engaging prospective customers and opportunities created by a dedicated sales and marketing team through focused campaigns. Converting these schools into customers will be your challenge, creating an outstanding customer experience so they are a customer for life should be your aspiration.

Whilst this role has a sales component, we believe that helping you grow to become a product expert who can consult instead of “selling”, results in a far more engaging sales process and creates more powerful customer advocacy.

We will provide you with a deep initial and then on-going training program coupled with a detailed onboarding process to give you the tools for greatest success. Added to this will be your hunger for self-learning which will help you become a subject matter expert.

Who we are seeking

We are looking for e-Learning professionals who have:

  • A strong history and a deep understanding of Schoolbox
  • Experience in implementing and optimising Schoolbox
  • Commercial exposure and acumen
  • Very strong networking and social skills

What you will be doing

  • Providing an outstanding customer experience during all phases of the customer journey
  • Nurture success with existing accounts by providing customers value-added counsel
  • Gaining expert product knowledge, supporting and consulting to prospective customers through defined sales stages to onboard new business
  • Continuously collaborate with teammates based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
  • Working collaboratively with peers in support, marketing and development team
  • Support new customers throughout their new Schoolbox implementation and custom development projects
  • Using analytical tools, engagement reports, support tickets and custom development opportunities, assist our customers optimize their Schoolbox experience
  • Provide updates and report into the team in regular meetings, stand-ups and collaboration sessions
  • Maintain accurate records relating to all account management activities in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Self education to understand educational trends within the  K-12 domain knowledge areas and best practice in learning technologies to provide insight to customers
  • Strong commercial background demonstrating business acumen, coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal is essential
