New ClickView plugin brings video content into the classroom

At Schoolbox we are keen promoters of flipping the classroom and blended learning.  As such we are always looking for ways to make it easier for teachers to deliver rich content and material to their students. Of course what could be better than professionally produced video content made by a local Australian company.  ClickView has been a leading provider of video content for schools for over a decade.  It has a massive library of videos all mapped to our Australian curriculum and ready for use on any device connected to the Internet.

To make the most of this content Schoolbox now includes a ClickView video browser for embedding videos directly into your Schoolbox pages.  With support from the team at ClickView we now proudly allow teachers to select their ClickView videos from directly within Schoolbox. The ClickView content can quickly make any Schoolbox course a rich multimedia experience for students to access from home or school.

In order to make the most out of this integration we recommend the utilisation of single sign on (SSO).  Both systems support SAML authentication so they can be plugged into your existing Identity Provider.  This will ensure a seamless experience for all users and minimise the amount of logins required of users.
